Every Brooke & Rose Co. product is carefully handcrafted and packaged with attention to detail.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During seasonal launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Seasonal Club Members

The Brooke & Rose Club ships four carefully curated seasonal releases each year.

Current estimated shipping schedule:

• Autumn — Ships by September 1
• Winter — Ships by December 1
• Spring — Ships by March 1
• Summer — Ships by June 1

Exact shipping dates may vary slightly as each seasonal collection is handcrafted.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Brooke & Rose Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
