Cancellation policy

The Brooke & Rose Club

The Brooke & Rose Club is a recurring seasonal subscription that renews automatically every three (3) months until canceled.

Billing

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Brooke & Rose Co. to charge your selected payment method every three months at the current membership price unless canceled before your next renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at joye@brookeandrose.com before your next renewal date.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, that seasonal release is considered reserved for you and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Seasonal Releases

Each seasonal release is thoughtfully curated and may include a selection of candles, home fragrance, and other seasonal products. Product selections, fragrances, vessels, and packaging may vary with each release.
